are you ready? Finding the perfect family photo(s) for your holiday card is the hardest part. Here are some ideas to simplify this chore for you:

1. Hire a professional! Many photographers will offer a holiday photo package or mini photo shoot. Some will allow you to share a session with a few other families. It doesn’t have to be over the top expensive!

2. Use the photos you have! Have any photos from vacation, weddings you attended, social gatherings..? Well don’t miss out on these opportunities. Your holiday card doesn’t have to consist of that one great family shot. Collections of great photos is just a powerful – and sometimes more artistic.

3. Set up your own studio. I did this last year and it worked out extremely well! Find some great natural lighting, take as many photos as you need to, mix it up! More than likely you’ll have some gems in the set.
